Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?

Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:

NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all

+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week

- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week

Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut

10. Rey Fenix [-7]

The AAA Cruiserweight Champion fell short in his attempt to earn a World Heavyweight Championship match against Roman Reigns, as Rey Fenix's brother PENTA proved too much in their tournament final.

9. Raquel Rodriguez [NR]

Thanks to a helping hand from the unhinged Lyra Valkyria, Raquel Rodriguez swatted away the challenge of Sol Ruca on Raw to retain her Women's Intercontinental Championship.

8. Nia Jax [+2]

The momentum continued to grow for Nia Jax on SmackDown, as she picked up a win over former rival Tiffany Stratton to continue her pursuit of Chelsea Green and the Interim WWE Women's Championship.

7. Fatal Influence [-6]

The Women's Tag Team Champions tumble down the rankings after they fell to defeat in a non-title match versus the unorthodox pairing of Charlotte Flair & Tatum Paxley on SmackDown.

6. Zaria [NR]

Zaria briefly became a double champion on NXT when she defeated Wren Sinclair and Kali Armstrong at Heatwave, retaining her Women's North American Championship and capturing the Women's Speed Championship. But on Tuesday, she was forced to relinquish the Speed title, disbanding it once and for all.

5. Vanity Project [NR]

All three members of Vanity Project left Heatwave with gold around their waists. First, Brad Baylor & Ricky Smokes regained the NXT Tag Team Championships from Myles Borne & Tavion Heights. Then, later in the show, Jackson Drake completed the trifecta by taking Borne's Men's North American Championship.

4. Kelani Jordan [NR]

It turned out that one shot was all Kelani Jordan needed to become the NXT Women's Champion. At her first-ever attempt at her brand's top title, Jordan overcame Kendal Grey to finally climb the top of the mountain.

3. Grayson Waller [NR]

Both of NXT's top titles changed hands at Heatwave, as Grayson Waller cemented his return to developmental by beating Tony D'Angelo, Cruz Montana and Zilla Fatu to win his first singles gold in all of his time in WWE.

2. PENTA [+5]

It was brother vs brother in the final of the Number One Contender's Tournament to determine Roman Reigns's next World Heavyweight Championship challenger. And, unsurprisingly, it was big brother PENTA who got the better of little bro Rey Fenix to earn that match in Mexico City.

1. CM Punk [+1]

No one can accuse CM Punk of not being a fighting champion, as when Johnny Gargano finally got up from his eternal planking, Punk was more than willing to give him a chance at the WWE Championship. It was hard-fought and filled with interference, put Punk prevailed to continue his reign.

HONORABLE MENTIONS

Jaida Parker - The only non-title match at Heatwave saw Jaida Parker defeat Nattie in a Submission Match.

Dragon Lee - With his victory over Ethan Page on Raw, Dragon Lee earned an opportunity at Chad Gable's Men's Intercontinental Championship.

NARAKU - Over on NXT, NARAKU bounced back from recent disappointments to defeat Shiloh Hill.

Zilla Fatu - Although he couldn't become NXT Men's Champion at Heatwave, Zilla Fatu did score a win over Kam Hendrix on Tuesday.

Charlotte Flair & Tatum Paxley - They're an odd couple team, but Charlotte Flair & Tatum Paxley proved effective in their victory against Fatal Influence.
