Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?
Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:
NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all
+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week
- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week
Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut
10. Lainey Reid [NR]
By defeating the veteran Candice LeRae on NXT, Lainey Reid won the mini-tournament to crown the next challenger to Sol Ruca's Women's Speed Championship, which is apparently still a thing.9. The Street Profits [NR]

The Mega Intercontinental Champion could only watch on as his upcoming challenger Rusev defeated Dirty Dom's Judgment Day teammate JD McDonagh on Raw.7. CM Punk & AJ Lee [NR]
WrestlePalooza featured AJ Lee's first wrestling match since 2015, as she and husband CM Punk won the battle of the power couples against Becky Lynch & Seth Rollins.6. Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss [-4]
The Women's Tag Team Champions took a week off after back-to-back title defenses last week, although they were challenged by NXT's ZaRuca on SmackDown.5. Tiffany Stratton [NR]
Although it had one of the most botched finishes in recent memory, Tiffany Stratton did overcome both Jade Cargill and Nia Jax to retain the WWE Women's Championship.4. Cody Rhodes [NR]
Meanwhile, the WWE Men's Champion Cody Rhodes stood tall at the conclusion of WrestlePalooza, having successfully defended his title against Drew McIntyre.3. Stephanie Vaquer [+5]
