WWE EVOLVE RESULTS: JUNE 25, 2025
Matches:
- Keanu Carver defeated Ice Williams by pinfall.
- Kendal Grey defeated Zara Zakher by pinfall.
- Kylie Rae defeated Wendy Choo being the Last Woman Standing
After a short pre tape for the Kylie Wendy Last Woman Standing Match we get straight to the action.
Match 1: Keanu Carver vs. Ice Williams
Carver wastes no time, jumping Ice before the bell even rings—but Ice quickly rallies and takes early control. The momentum doesn’t last, as Carver crushes him with a Samoan Drop on the outside. Back in the ring, Carver asserts dominance with heavy strikes and a near fall, fully embracing the monster role. Ice fights back with resilience, finally knocking Carver down after a fiery rope sequence. He lands the "Ice Breaker" superkick, but it only earns a two-count. Ice heads to the top rope, but Carver dodges and responds with a brutal pounce followed by a running powerslam variation for the win. Post-match, Carver isn't done—he continues the assault until Timothy Thatcher storms the ring for the save.We get a deeper look at Cappuccino Jones and Jack Cartwheel, spotlighting their indie careers and what’s brought them to EVOLVE. Both have earned respect on the independent scene with distinct styles—Cappuccino’s intensity and Cartwheel’s fearless athleticism. It’s clear these two aren’t just here to entertain—they’re here to climb. Following the vignette, we jump to footage from last Sunday, where The Vanity Project made a surprise appearance at Beyond Wrestling. Jackson Drake grabbed the mic and fired shots at Lince Dorado and the LWO, officially laying down the challenge for a 3-Way tag match next week. The EVOLVE spotlight just got a whole lot brighter.
Match 2: Kendal Grey vs. Zara Zakher
Kendal Grey believes Zara is the culprit behind the recent backstage attacks, and she enters this match looking to prove a point. Kendal’s heel presence is top-tier—methodical, confident, and ruthless. She controls much of the match with slick grappling and keeps Zara grounded, cutting off every comeback attempt. But Zara’s no pushover—she fights back with real fire, nearly turning the tide multiple times. In the end, Kendal shuts her down and scores the pinfall win.Backstage, Edris Enofé tries to get a word with Stevie Turner, but she’s already on her way to announce EVOLVE’s newest signing. Before we can find out who it is, more commotion breaks out—Aria Bennett has been attacked! Meanwhile, Kendal and Zara are just returning from the ring, clearly uninvolved. If Zara’s not the attacker… who is?
EVOLVE’s newest signing is officially announced—Dante Chen! He hits the ring with a live mic and a chip on his shoulder. Reflecting on his brutal past at the hands of Ethan Page, Dante wonders if his career was over... but now he’s here to prove he is the measuring stick of EVOLVE. Before he can say more, Edris Enofé interrupts. Edris offers a sarcastic welcome, reminding us that just weeks ago, he was in the exact same spot—debuting and getting flowers. Now? He can’t even get 10 seconds with Stevie Turner. With the jealousy boiling over, Edris throws a cheap shot at Dante and walks off without another word. Message sent.
Backstage, Chuey Martinez interviews Layla Diggs, who opens up about earning a WWE tryout after applying on her own. It’s a great underdog moment—but things take a turn when Jin Tala interrupts. There’s a strange tension between the two, and if you’re reading between the lines, Jin may have just outed herself as the possible attacker (just my theory). With Aria Bennett now out due to the latest backstage assault, Stevie Turner announces a new match for next week: Layla Diggs vs. Jin Tala. We cap things off with another slick vignette featuring Tate Wilder, “The Modern Day Cowboy.”
Lince Dorado and the LWO (Cruz Del Toro & Joaquin Wilde) are fired up as they prepare for next week’s huge six-man tag match against EVOLVE Champion Jackson Drake and "Swipe Right" (Brad Baylor & Ricky Smokes) of The Vanity Project. Tensions are running high just down the hall, too—Jamar Hampton and Edris Enofé are in each other’s faces, trading heated words. That match is sure to bring the fire. Honestly? EVOLVE is throwing a lot at the wall right now, but the best parts are really starting to click. Some solid storytelling is taking shape.
Main Event - Last Woman Standing Match: Wendy Choo vs. Kylie Rae
Wendy Choo makes her slow, brooding walk to the ring—still carrying that teddy bear she tore apart weeks ago (continuity? eh, who cares). Kylie Rae sprints out full of fire and attacks without hesitation. With nearly 15 minutes on the clock, this one had room to breathe—and I’ve been waiting to see these two get more time. Weapons come into play quickly. Kylie traps Wendy in a trash can and beats it with a broom (no one’s using a wicker broom to clean ringside, but fine). After a missed corner attack, Wendy takes over with a wild handspring headbutt and drags out a red toolbox. She duct-tapes Kylie to the ropes and absolutely lights her up with weapon after weapon. After the break, Kylie breaks free and turns the tide with a fire extinguisher blast and a throw into the steps. Wendy makes it up at 8, and the battle continues. Back in the ring, Kylie slaps on a crossface, but Wendy escapes and the two go to war with what looks like the metal pole thing used to support the turnbuckles. Wendy empties her pillowcase—surprise, it’s full of LEGOs (okay, that tracks). Commentary tries to sell them as worse than thumbtacks, sure. Kylie rips apart the teddy bear to reveal a hidden brick, but the distraction costs her—Wendy slams her into the LEGOs (Do we have a partnership with LEGO I thought that was a Trademark!). Wendy locks in a sleeper, but Kylie escapes, leading to a nasty fall through a table from the apron. Both are down… but Kylie beats the 10 count and takes the win. Not the cleanest finish, but a gritty, chaotic brawl. Hopefully, this isn’t the last chapter between these two. After the match we see Stevie and Natalya, long story short, Natalya wants a Championship match against Kali Armstrong, ok bye.
Summary: WWE EVOLVE JUNE 25, 2025
This week on EVOLVE, the action was heavy and the drama even heavier. We saw dominant performances from Carver, Kendal Greywhile Dante Chen made his official EVOLVE debut and instantly made waves—only to get dropped by a bitter Edris Enofé. Meanwhile, the mystery of the backstage attacker continues to heat up with another victim in Aria Bennett and suspicious behavior from Jin Tala. Wendy Choo and Kylie Rae closed the night in a wild Last Woman Standing match filled with weapons, LEGOs, and violence—Kylie stood tall in the end, but it felt like their story isn’t quite finished even though commentary assured us it was.
Next week’s show is already stacked—Layla Diggs faces Jin Tala, Lince Dorado & the LWO take on Jackson Drake and “Swipe Right” in a six-man tag. With Stevie Turner making moves and Natalya calling her shot at Kali Armstrong’s championship, the women’s division is heating up too. EVOLVE is throwing everything at the wall right now, but enough of it is sticking to keep things compelling. The build is real, and next week promises even more chaos, reveals, and (hopefully) answers.
