WWE Power Rankings Top 10 Superstars This Week: #497 - New Tag Team Titles & Mami Vacates | Smark Out Moment

Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?

Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:

NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all

+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week

- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week

Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut

Power Ranking WWE wrestlers list roster

10. The Street Profits [NR]

After A-Town Down Under was gifted a beautiful brand new set of WWE Tag Team Championships, they then watched as The Street Profits overcame AOP, Legada del Fantasma and New Catch Republic to become the next challengers for these updated belts.

9. Roxanne Perez [-4]

No in-ring action for Roxanne Perez this week, who instead learned that she would be defending her NXT Women's Championship against both Lyra Valkyria and Tatum Paxley at the upcoming Spring Breakin' show.

8. AJ Styles [NR]

While he couldn't get the better of LA Knight at WrestleMania, AJ Styles beat his rival when it mattered most. With his victory on SmackDown, Styles cemented his right to challenge Cody Rhodes for the WWE Championship at Backlash.

7. Trick Williams [+3]

Surrounded by a Steel Cage, Trick Williams drew a line under his story with Carmelo Hayes for good, defeating his former best friend once again and establishing himself as the top contender for the NXT Championship.

6. Ilja Dragunov [+1]

However, for Trick Williams to achieve that goal, he'll have to find a way to dethrone Ilja Dragunov. The current NXT Champion enjoyed a fun but comprehensive victory over newcomer Je'Von Evans on Tuesday's show.

5. Jey Uso [+3]

With a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship on the horizon, Jey Uso sent a message to Damian Priest by beating his Judgment Day ally Finn Balor on Raw. He even withstood a post-match beatdown from the group single-handedly.

4. Cody Rhodes [-2]

Cody Rhodes has been restricted to promo time since capturing the WWE Championship, but the new SmackDown superstar will soon have his hands full defending his gold against AJ Styles at Backlash.

3. Bayley [No Change]

Meanwhile WWE Women's Champion Bayley did have her first title defense on SmackDown against her pal Naomi. However, this ended inconclusively when Tiffany Stratton interfered, taking out both combatants to stake her own claim to the title.

2. Judgment Day [-1]

Despite only dropping one place, this was a very painful week for the Judgment Day, most notably for their ace Rhea Ripley vacating her Women's World Championship due to injury. Then the Ls racked up for the stable on Raw, with Dominik Mysterio falling to Andrade and Finn Balor failing to curb the momentum of Jey Uso.

1. Sami Zayn [+3]

Powered on by his hometown fans in Montreal, Sami Zayn completed a successful first defense of his Intercontinental Championship on Raw against Chad Gable. However, with a bitter Gable maliciously assaulting Zayn after the match, it's safe to say their encounters have only just begun…

HONORABLE MENTIONS

Sheamus - Making his return to the ring for the first time since August, Sheamus got back to winning ways with a victory over Ivar on Raw.

DIY - After The Awesome Truth received their new World Tag Team Championships, DIY beat The Creed Brothers and The New Day to earn the first shot at the refreshed belts.

Andrade - Yet to taste defeat since returning to WWE, Andrade picked up his latest win on Raw over Dominik Mysterio.

Meta-Four - In a David vs Goliath encounter, Meta-Four's Noam Dar picked up a surprising win over the much larger Dijak on NXT.

Ivar - While Viking Ivar could not overcome Sheamus on Raw, Regular Ivar was able to beat Josh Briggs to set up a match with North American Champion Oba Femi.

Do you think anyone should be listed differently?

What can these Superstars do to get back up at the #1 spot?
