WWE Power Rankings Top 10 Superstars This Week: #435 - Raw Is XXX > Royal Rumble Build | Smark Out Moment

Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?

Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:

NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all

+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week

- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week

Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut

Power Ranking WWE wrestlers list roster

10. Bianca Belair [NR]

After SmackDown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair got to beat Sonya Deville a few weeks ago, it was only fair that Raw Women's Champion Bianca Belair got to do the same on Raw is XXX.

9. Braun Strowman & Ricochet [NR]

With Drew McIntyre & Sheamus taken out by The Viking Raiders prior to their semi-final match with Hit Row, Braun Strowman & Ricochet took full advantage of this open slot to advance to the finals.

8. Austin Theory [NR]

Not that he had much say in the matter, but Austin Theory retained his United States Championship in the main event of Raw is XXX when Brock Lesnar graciously F-5'd him onto the beaten body of Bobby Lashley.

7. Damage Ctrl [-1]

Because we can't possibly have 2 women's matches on a three-hour episode of Raw anymore, Damage Ctrl had to settle for a 3-on-1 beatdown of Becky Lynch inside a Steel Cage rather than the advertised match itself.

6. Charlotte Flair [-1]

The benevolent Queen Charlotte Flair agreed on SmackDown to once again put up her SmackDown Women's Championship against longtime loser Sonya Deville on next week's show.

5. Katana Chance & Kayden Carter [NR]

Unlike Austin Theory's fortuitous title defense, Katana Chance & Kayden Carter defended their NXT Women's Tag Team Championships fair and square on Tuesday's show against Alba Fyre & Sol Ruca.

4. Judgment Day [-2]

Despite injuring Jimmy Uso in their Raw Tag Team Championship match, Judgment Day were unable to overcome the makeshift pair of Jey Uso & Sami Zayn, losing their shot at winning the gold.

3. Imperium [+1]

While the trio of Imperium suffered a loss to Seth Rollins & The Street Profits on Raw, Ludwig Kaiser & Giovanni Vinci made up for this by advancing to the finals of the SmackDown Tag Team Championship tournament with a win over Legado del Fantasma.

2. Kevin Owens [+1]

Kevin Owens' clash with Solo Sikoa may have ended in a No Contest thanks to Sami Zayn's interference, but he did manage to take out The Bloodline's enforcer and stand tall ahead of his battle with Roman Reigns for the WWE Undisputed Universal Championship.

1. The Bloodline [No Change]

The Bloodline enter The Royal Rumble still top of the rankings thanks to Jey Uso & Sami Zayn coming together to successfully retain the Raw Tag Team Championships against Judgment Day at Raw is XXX.

HONORABLE MENTIONS

Seth Rollins & The Street Profits - Spurred on by DX and Kurt Angle, Seth Rollins & The Street Profits scored a victory over Imperium at Raw is XXX.

Tiffany Stratton - Over in NXT where women's wrestling rules the roost, Tiffany Stratton won Tuesday's opener over Indi Hartwell.

Fallon Henley & Kiana James - The former foes Fallon Henley & Kiana James teamed to a win over Ivy Nile & Tatum Paxley on NXT, earning them a shot at the women's tag titles.

Elektra Lopez - Showing Valentina Feroz what cheating can achieve, Elektra Lopez defeated Wendy Choo on NXT with her trusty brass knuckles.

Rey Mysterio - After recently being assaulted by Karrion Kross, Rey Mysterio got his revenge on SmackDown by beating the bigger man one-on-one.

The Power Rankings Table (since WrestleMania 38)
