WWE Power Rankings Top 25 Superstars This Week: #206: Orton and the Blue Brand Dominates the Rankings Ahead of SummerSlam | Smark Out Moment
Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for one's self, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?

Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:

NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all
+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week
- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week
Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut

Power Ranking WWE wrestlers list roster

25. SHINSUKE NAKAMURA [-13]

Nakamura struggled against R-Truth but still got the victory. He is still more of a bad piece to the feud with Hardy and Orton, making his title the least relevant in all of WWE right now.

24. BOBBY LASHLEY [NR]

Lashley is becoming a threat once more and less of a joke. He is colliding with Elias, someone who can handle the mic work in the rivalry.

23. RIOTT SQUAD [NR]

Ruby Riott has returned and just in time. The Riott Squad was becoming irrelevant.

22. ALEISTER BLACK [+2]

Black was on the verge of becoming apart of the NXT Championship picture when he was blindsided by an unknown attacker and left unable to compete in the title match.

21. HIDEO ITAMI [NR]

Itami battled hard against Mustafa Ali and was the better wrestler. To be the best he can be in WWE, Itami needs to develop his character and persona more.

20. ZELINA VEGA [+5]

Vega once more got the better of Lana. As an added bonus, Vega and Almas are tearing apart Team Rusev from the inside, making them doubt each other's worth to the group.

19. BARON CORBIN [-5]

Corbin came up short against Roman Reigns and Finn Balor even got in a cheap shot. Corbin was able to even the score later in the night by using his professional standing in WWE to ban Reigns from helping Seth Rollins.

18. B-TEAM [NR]

The new Raw Tag Team Champions now have two rival teams targeting their titles. Luckily for them, only one of them is a legitimate threat to them.

17. BRAUN STROWMAN [-1]

Strowman seems to barely have a hold on his briefcase and Kevin Owens seems to have a harder grip on it. The only good thing is that Strowman overpowers both Mahal and Owens combined.

16. DANIEL BRYAN [+5]

Daniel Bryan was finally able to get his hands on his former mentor and even the odds before their epic showdown at SummerSlam.

15. THE REVIVAL [+0]

The biggest threat to the B-Team's titles is not the former champs Hardy and Wyatt. It is The Revival.

14. SETH ROLLINS [-3]

Rollins is still Rollins, but not even he can overcome the current odds stacked against him.

13. CARMELLA [+10]

She may not be the best technical wrestler, but her persona and ego alone are dangerous. She can use the bitterness between Lynch and Flair to her advantage to retain her title.

12. RONDA ROUSEY [+7]

Ronda Rousey was in the main event on Raw. It was just a squash match for her, but it was to get her over as a well-focused and well-trained contender.

11. PAUL HEYMAN [NR FIRST TIME RANKED]

Heyman gets a mention in the rankings for his amazing promo and being apart of one of the biggest storylines of the summer. His interview of the aftermath was one of the best promos of the year.

10. KEVIN OWENS [NR]

Owens is beginning to get in the head of Strowman and there is a slight chance Kevin Owens can leave SummerSlam as the champ.

9. BECKY LYNCH [+0]

Lynch teamed up with her friend and foe in Charlotte Flair to battle the IIconics. Lynch will have no allies though come SummerSlam.

8. TOMMASO CIAMPA [-6]

Ciampa got laid out by Black and had two contenders for his title, but after a "mysterious" attack on Black, Ciampa gets another one-on-one match with his longtime rival Gargano.

7. THE SHOW [-4]

ZIggler and McIntyre are still picking apart Seth Rollins, but it seems like Rollins will find a partner soon to even the odds.

6. ROMAN REIGNS [-5]

Reigns took down Baron Corbin, but Corbin got the last laugh by banning Reigns from accompanying Rollins against The Show.

5. CHARLOTTE FLAIR [+1]

Flair teamed with Lynch and she was the one that sealed the victory for her team. As of right now, Flair is the favorite over Lynch to beat Carmella.

4. NEW DAY [NR]

The New Day defeated The Bar to get their shot at the Bludgeon Brothers and the titles.

3. AJ STYLES [NR]

Styles and Joe are engaging in a war of words instead of fists, which just makes us want their title match more and more.

2. THE MIZ [+6]

Miz got attacked by Daniel Bryan, but his match with his former student is officially on the match card and one of the most anticipated matches of the summer.

1. RANDY ORTON [+3]

Orton's rampage on SmackDown has elevated the veteran. His goal is to wreck havoc and kill off the so-called heroes on the brand. Big things await The Viper.

HONORABLE MENTIONS

Finn Balor - Balor snuck in and got a big cheap shot on Corbin.

Mustafa Ali - Ali got beat by Hideo Itami, but he was not a loser in the end.

Deleters of Worlds- The former champs are getting another title shot, even though they aren't likely to win.

Johnny Gargano - Gargano is now the sole contender to Ciampa.

Bludgeon Brothers - The tag champs will face the New Day at SummerSlam.

BIGGEST MOVES THIS WEEK

Carmella +10
Shinsuke Nakamura -13
