Renee Young heads up our pre-show panel with Booker T and Peter Rosenberg, along with Dasha Fuentes in the social media lounge.

James Ellsworth plugs the women's match for later. Erick Rowan interrupts at one point just to stand there for a moment. Dolph Ziggler has a backstage interview where he says he will destroy Shinsuke Nakamura in the first match tonight.

Pre-Show Kickoff Match: Aiden English vs. Tye Dillinger

RESULT: Tye Dillinger via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Decent enough for a pre-show match with two of the lesser established guys on SmackDown. No complaints here.

Dolph Ziggler vs. Shinsuke Nakamura

RESULT: Shinsuke Nakamura via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: It wasn't match of the year, and it's disappointing that it didn't reach that level, but it was still good.

SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match: The Usos (c) vs. Breezango

RESULT: The Usos retain via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Very fun and entertaining match! I loved the stupid gimmicks they added in for laughs.

Sami Zayn vs. Baron Corbin

RESULT: Sami Zayn via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Very surprised Zayn got the win. The match wasn't bad, either. I hope they follow this up in a way where Corbin gets some momentum in his direction.

Six-Woman Tag Team Match: The Welcoming Committee vs. Charlotte Flair, Naomi and Becky Lynch

RESULT: The Welcoming Committee wins via submission (Natalya makes Becky tap out to the Sharpshooter)
THOUGHTS: I really didn't care for this all that much.

United States Championship Match: Kevin Owens (c) vs. AJ Styles

RESULT: Kevin Owens retains via count out.
THOUGHTS: Great match with a great ending, too!

Luke Harper vs. Erick Rowan

RESULT: Luke Harper via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Laborious with a dumb ending. Kind of the opposite of what we just had, in some ways.

WWE Championship Match: Randy Orton (c) vs. Jinder Mahal

RESULT: Jinder Mahal wins the title via pinfall!!
THOUGHTS: WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWW
