This list tracks the most notable official babyface turns and heel turns that happened in WWE during the year 2010.
Keep in mind: when a babyface attacks another babyface, that is usually a heel turn. When a heel attacks another heel, it does not automatically make the victim a babyface. The follow-up presentation matters just as much as the initial attack.
WWE HEEL & FACE TURNS IN 2010:
- January 4 - Mr. McMahon turned heel on Raw by betraying Bret Hart and kicking him low after appearing to make peace with him.
- February 21 - Edge turned babyface at Elimination Chamber by attacking Chris Jericho after Jericho won the World Heavyweight Championship.
- February 22 - Randy Orton turned babyface on Raw by turning against Ted DiBiase Jr. and Cody Rhodes as Legacy continued to fall apart.
- February 23 - Michael Cole turned heel on NXT by becoming increasingly arrogant on commentary, especially toward Daniel Bryan, beginning the sustained heel commentator persona that carried into Raw and his feud with Jerry Lawler.
- March 12 - Beth Phoenix turned babyface on SmackDown by saving Tiffany from LayCool and Vickie Guerrero.
- March 28 - The Hart Dynasty turned babyface at WrestleMania XXVI by helping Bret Hart against Vince McMahon. This applies to David Hart Smith, Tyson Kidd and Natalya.
- April 2 - Shad Gaspard turned heel on SmackDown by attacking JTG after Cryme Tyme lost, breaking up the team.
- April 26 - Big Show turned babyface on Raw by knocking out The Miz after ShoMiz lost the Unified WWE Tag Team Championship and aligning with Theodore Long.
- April 30 - Edge turned heel on SmackDown by turning against the fans, calling them "puppets" and shifting into a feud with Randy Orton.
- May 6 - Primo turned heel on Superstars by reuniting with Carlito as a villainous team.
- May 31 - Vladimir Kozlov turned babyface on Raw by assisting Santino Marella and Eve Torres against William Regal, which led to his comedy babyface team with Santino.
- June 7 - The Nexus turned heel on Raw by invading the main event, destroying John Cena, CM Punk, Luke Gallows, Jerry Lawler, Justin Roberts and ringside personnel. This applies to Wade Barrett, Daniel Bryan, David Otunga, Darren Young, Heath Slater, Justin Gabriel, Michael Tarver and Skip Sheffield.
- June 14 - Daniel Bryan turned babyface after being removed from The Nexus storyline and later returning as part of Team WWE against The Nexus.
- July 9 - Chavo Guerrero turned babyface on SmackDown by turning his back on Vickie Guerrero and Dolph Ziggler.
- August 15 - Kane turned heel at SummerSlam by being revealed as The Undertaker's attacker and continuing the World Heavyweight Championship feud as the villain.
- August 16 - Tamina turned babyface on Raw by becoming associated with Santino Marella and Vladimir Kozlov.
- September 6 - Darren Young turned babyface on Raw by distracting Wade Barrett and costing him a match against Randy Orton after being kicked out of The Nexus.
- September 24 - Luke Gallows turned babyface on SmackDown by confronting CM Punk after the Straight Edge Society split.
- October 3 - Paul Bearer turned heel at Hell in a Cell by turning on The Undertaker and helping Kane retain the World Heavyweight Championship.
- October 4 - Edge turned babyface on Raw by destroying the Anonymous Raw General Manager computer and shifting into a feud against the heel authority figure.
- November 2 - Aksana turned heel on NXT by slapping Goldust after their storyline wedding.
- November 15 - Tyson Kidd turned heel on Raw by attacking David Hart Smith during a tag team match, ending The Hart Dynasty.
- December 20 - Melina turned heel on Raw by slapping Divas Champion Natalya after their match.
