WWE Super Show-Down 2018 Spoilers

The Undertaker vs. Triple H

Random, but okay, it seems like they're doing that for these shows, like the Saudi Arabia one. Since The Undertaker defeated Rusev there, and John Cena defeated Triple H, I have to assume The Undertaker takes down Triple H at this event. However, with Shawn Michaels being in the mix, it changes things up. Does Triple H win in order to set up a tag team match at Crown Jewel, or does Undertaker win in order to set up a tag team match at Crown Jewel where Michaels can win? Undertaker isn't losing both matches and I don't think Michaels will be back only to lose again, so I'm going with the option that Taker wins this and then loses the next.

PREDICTION: The Undertaker wins.

John Cena and Bobby Lashley vs. Kevin Owens and Elias

This was originally just Cena against Owens, and I felt like it was an exemplary match of how these are glorified house shows, but now, they've made it even more inconsequential by making it a random tag team match. What's the story here? Why should I be excited just because this exists? Owens quits Raw to attack Lashley the next week? I don't care. It's a house show kind of mentality, and, well, I don't attend house shows. Just speaking some truth. The match should be okay, even if it's kind of pointless.

PREDICTION: John Cena and Bobby Lashley win.

The Shield vs. Braun Strowman, Dolph Ziggler and Drew McIntyre

I still hate the Strowman heel turn. This match doesn't matter. Just go ahead and give the win to The Shield, as that's what matters to WWE. Don't even try to pretend like the heels are the priority. At least have Reigns pin Ziggler if you're going to do that, though.

PREDICTION: The Shield wins.

Daniel Bryan vs. The Miz

Supposedly, this is a No. 1 contender's match for the WWE Championship, as the winner will get a title shot down the line (seemingly at TLC or on SmackDown, if they go with the brand champions against each other at Survivor Series like in the past)

PREDICTION: Obviously, if Samoa Joe is the champion, Daniel Bryan wins. If AJ Styles is the champion, The Miz wins.

Ronda Rousey and The Bella Twins vs. The Riott Squad

The Riott Squad is an awful stable and this would be lame in my book even on a house show, let alone on a pay-per-view. In your best Peter Griffin voice, shout it out to me: OH MY GOD, WHO THE HELL CARES?

PREDICTION: Ronda Rousey and The Bella Twins win yaaaaaaaaaaaaaay.

WWE Championship No Disqualification Match: AJ Styles (c) vs. Samoa Joe

Samoa Joe absolutely has to win the title here, or it's proof they aren't interested in making him a champion in WWE. Sadly, as more time goes on, the less I believe in the following prediction..

PREDICTION: Samoa Joe wins the title.

Cruiserweight Championship Match: Cedric Alexander (c) vs. Buddy Murphy

Shame this match has already happened before and that they didn't just wait and build Murphy up and pull the trigger on a title win for him here, right? It's a shame that this is an obvious "hometown guy is on the card" deal, but I can't blame them for doing that. The match should be fantastic. I'm a fan of both. I'm cool with Murphy winning the title or Alexander retaining. I just wish they wouldn't have already done the feud so this could have been even better.

PREDICTION: Cedric Alexander retains the championship...I'm only 50/50 on this...

SmackDown Women's Championship Match: Becky Lynch (c) vs. Charlotte Flair

I'm expecting Lynch will retain, but depending on what they want to do for Evolution, they may very well have Flair take the title AGAIN just to piss people off.

PREDICTION: Becky Lynch retains the title by hook or by crook.

SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match: The New Day (c) vs. The Bar

The Bar aren't going to win the titles. They're better off passing them to SAnitY.

PREDICTION: The New Day retain the titles.

The IIconics vs. Asuka and Naomi

Wooow...this is the best they could give to Billie Kay and Peyton Royce? Awful.

PREDICTION: The IIconics win.

PREDICTED MATCHES (as of 9/26/2018)

I don't think we're getting anything else, but it's strange that Shinsuke Nakamura isn't on the card, nor are Randy Orton, Rusev, or several others.
