Tonight on Superstars, Naomi faces Rosa Mendes, and Ryback takes on R-Truth
MATCH: Naomi vs. Rosa Mendes
Naomi hits a dropkick as Rosa exits the ring. Naomi brags in the center of the ring. Rosa reenters and Naomi rolls her up for a 2-count. Rosa gets Naomi outside of the ring and tosses her back in. She covers but gets a 2-count. Rosa slams Naomi's face in the mat out of frustration and delivers a suplex. Naomi escapes a headlock and delivers an arm across the chest for the win.
Winner: Naomi via pinfall
Raw recap of Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter, and Rusev and Lana's detente. I really wish Superstars wasn't just a replay of Raw. However, I have to say I'm pretty excited for the Swagger vs. Rusev match.

Another Raw recap of Jericho's beef with Bray Wyatt. I'm excited for this match as well, mostly because I'm a huge Jerichoholic. I think it will give Bray Wyatt a chance to shine in the ring with one of pro-wrestling's finest.

MATCH: R-Truth w/Xavier Woods vs. Ryback w/Curtis Axel
The two lockup and Ryback pushes Truth in the corner and then proceeds to shove him on the mat. Truth get some payback and knocks Ryback down. Ryback has Truth in a headlock on the mat. Ryback with the big hip toss followed by a missed leg drop. Truth responds with a leg drop of his own. Ryback charges Truth but Truth pulls the rope down as Ryback spills outside of the ring.
*Commercial Break*
Ryback rebounds off the ropes and kicks Truth in the chest. Ryback is in control and delivers knees to Truth ribs on the mat. Truth is on the receiving end of Ryback's chops and shoulder blocks in the corner. Ryback delivers a body slam and goes up high. Truth puts his legs up and counters. Ryback charges to the corner but meets the ring post. Truth is on roll and hits the scissors kick and comes up short with a 2-count. Truth goes high and hits the flying dropkick. Truth get another 2-count. Ryback goes high again but misses a splash. Truth hits a pretty crazy DDT and Ryback kicks out at 2 again. Ryback recovers and nails a spine buster. Ryback hits the Meat Hook Clothesline followed by Shell Shocked for the win.
Winner: Ryback via pinfall
REVIEW:
Truth and Ryback had a decent match, but once again it was highly predictable. R-Truth has been damned to jobber status for quite some time now and week after week continues to lose on Superstars. In fact, I can't even remember the last time Truth won a match. I wish we could get some better matches out of Superstars. I know it's pretty much the Raw warm-up show, but at least get some good matches out there from some serious midcard contenders. I spend most of my time watching Superstars playing on my phone, so what does that tell you? However, it is what is is, and it was decent at best.
