The third entry in this series is going to focus on someone who started off as a heel and previously left as a heel, but made most of his career's success as a babyface...
A) BETTER AS A HEEL OR A FACE
Even though most people know Batista as a babyface and I tend to say that I'm tired of the big guys always being heels, I do think Batista was at his best as a heel. Some of them, like Ryback, do work as a face, and Batista was one of them, but there's always been a bit of a problem with Batista as a face: losing. How does someone that big lose to anyone other than someone bigger than him unless they just cheat? And if they just cheat, well, that gets tiresome.
I like the idea of a big guy as a face and Batista was able to get the crowd into him and pull it off, but if you ask me which character I found more entertaining, it definitely was Batista's last run as a heel. The "Kanye-Batista" character was pretty awesome, particularly his line about how he didn't want to hug fat chicks anymore.
With someone like The Animal, I want to feel as though he's unstoppable and a force to be reckoned with, and I think that comes off better when he's a monster heel more so than just a face who happens to be big and tough.
B) SHOULD HE TURN HEEL
Eventually, yes. WWE should maximize their use of Batista and the only way to do that is to have him as both a heel and a babyface at some point during this last run. It shouldn't be really fast, though. This should happen around maybe Survivor Series so he can be a heel for next year's WrestleMania and in the meantime, he can have feuds with heels for the next few months.
C) HOW WOULD I TURN HIM
Batista should lose to someone like Big E Langston and then take offense to people calling that person stronger than he was.
