Welcome to another edition of POWER RANKINGS from Smark Out Moment! Each week, we will break down the current roster and examine who has gone up the WWE hierarchy and who has unfortunately taken a step down the ladder. Factoring in things such as wins and losses, suspensions, injuries, making a name for oneself, being humiliated, and more, who is at the top of the food chain and who needs to make up some ground next week?
Here is the key code for the rankings shorthand when referencing their position in relation to the previous week:
NR = Not included in last week's rankings at all
+ Green = the number of moves up in the rankings compared to last week
- Red = the number of moves down in the rankings compared to last week
Honorable Mentions = five superstars who just barely missed the cut
10. Jasper Troy [NR]
Jasper Troy sneaks onto the Power Rankings after winning his first gold in WWE - albeit being the Speed Championship, which he captured from El Grande Americano on Tuesday's edition of NXT.9. Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss [-4]
Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss's multi-month reign as WWE Women's Tag Team Champions came to an end on Raw at the hands of The Kabuki Warriors. Then, Flair refused to join Bliss, Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley's WarGames team.8. Ricky Saints [NR]
For the second and hopefully final time for now, Ricky Saints overcame Trick Williams to retain his NXT Men's Championship, this time in a Last Man Standing Match. However, Saints was confronted by a returning Oba Femi to end the show.7. Stephanie Vaquer [NR]
Someone else who kept hold of their gold, only to be faced with a future challenger immediately afterwards, was Stephanie Vaquer. On Raw, after defeating Raquel Rodriguez to defend her Women's World Championship, Vaquer suffered a post-match attack by her recent ally Nikki Bella.6. The Kabuki Warriors [NR]
Raw did see new Women's Tag Team Champions crowned however, as The Kabuki Warriors took advantage of Nia Jax & Lash Legend's interference to claim the titles from Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss.5. John Cena [NR]
Trying to end the worst retirement run in wrestling history on a high note, John Cena became Intercontinental Champion for the first time in his illustrious career on Raw. By beating Dominik Mysterio in his hometown of Boston, Cena is now officially a Grand Slam Champion.4. Cody Rhodes [No Change]
Cody Rhodes technically retained his WWE Men's Championship on SmackDown against Bronson Reed, but only because of Bron Breakker causing a disqualification. Rhodes will be part of the babyface crew heading into WarGames.3. CM Punk [-1]
Joining Cody Rhodes on the babyface WarGames team is CM Punk. The Men's World Champion Punk assembled his team with Rhodes & The Usos so far, who will take on Logan Paul, Drew McIntyre & The Vision at Survivor Series.2. Jade Cargill [+1]
Jade Cargill's first match as WWE Women's Champion was a pretty easy one, quickly dispatching of B-Fab. And that sets Cargill on course for a match with Michin - the eternal first challenger for every heel women's champion on SmackDown.1. Ilja Dragunov [No Change]
No surprise that Ilja Dragunov stays at the summit after yet another successful defense of his United States Championship, this week against Axiom.HONORABLE MENTIONS
