WWE NXT RESULTS: MAY 27, 2025
- NXT North American Championship Match: Ethan Page defeated Ricky Saints by pinfall to win the title.
- Josh Briggs is backstage with Inamura, who says he came back for Briggs. Briggs is happy he came back, whilst Inamura says they have things to acheive - becoming NXT Tag Team Champions and more.
- Mike Santana defeated Tavion Heights by pinfall.
- Trick Williams is here, but is called out by Santana who wanted to come out and give Williams props for Sunday. Williams says Santana made his first mistake by interrupting his champion. Santana says Williams isn’t champion and made a terrible first impression as TNA’s champion by running down TNA. Santana says the last thing he’s going to do is sit back and watch Williams tear the place down after what he and the locker room have done to build it.
- Jaida Parker defeated Tatum Paxley by pinfall.
- Thea Hail attacks Jaida Parker post-match.
- Jasper Troy defeated Dante Chen by pinfall.
- NXT Women’s Championship Match: Jacy Jayne defeated Stephanie Vaquer by pinfall to win the title.
ALLSOPP'S NXT THOUGHTS:
- This week's NXT certainly delivered the shocks! It also delivered quality matches and solid storyline in the process which is fantastic, and this even includes the squashes which fulfilled their purpose. I am shellshocked and curious to see what happens with NXT's women's division now that Stephanie Vaquer has lost the title. I do suspect the main event will result in some initial backlash from fans, but I'm all for this change.
