Matches:

  • Tyson Dupont & Tyriek Igwe defeated Cappuccino Jones & Jack Cartwheel by pinfall.
  • Kali Armstrong(c) defeated Kylie Rae, Kendal Grey, and Wendy Choo by pinfall.

It’s Go Time. We kick things off with quick promos from the four women in tonight’s Fatal 4-Way Elimination Match for the EVOLVE Women’s Championship—well, Wendy just offers a creepy smile. Up first, a triple threat qualifier for next week’s Fatal 4-Way for the EVOLVE Men’s Championship.

Match 1: Jackson Drake vs. Lince Dorado vs. Jordan Oasis

Drake controls the early pace, but things quickly open up with some slick action from all three competitors. Dorado flashes his signature athleticism, only for Drake to answer with back-to-back dives to the outside—one on each opponent. Dorado connects with a huge top-rope hurricanrana on Oasis, but as he climbs again, Drake cuts him off and nearly scores the win, thanks to interference from The Vanity Project. Dorado takes out Drake’s allies and chases them to the back, leaving Drake and Oasis to settle things. One stiff kick to the face later, and Jackson Drake gets the three-count.
Next week, Jackson Drake vs. Edris Enofé vs. "Super" Sean Legacy vs. Keanu Carver face off for the EVOLVE Men's Championship.

Tyriek Igwe (@TyriekIgwe_WWE) and Tyson Dupont (@Tysonwwe) are shown in the locker room, exuding confidence ahead of their upcoming tag match against Cappuccino Jones and Jack Cartwheel. We also get a short video package of It’s Gal calling out Troy Yearwood.

Jackson Drake then hits the ring with a live mic, proclaiming "The Vanity Project" as the hottest thing in WWE EVOLVE and promising to win the EVOLVE Men’s Championship next week. He’s cut off by Edris Enofé, who’s quickly interrupted by Sean Legacy. As the tension builds, Drake tries to get the last word and exits—only to back right into Keanu Carver. A brief scuffle breaks out before we cut backstage to Chuey Martinez, who’s interviewing Cappuccino Jones and Jack Cartwheel. It's a decent segment—nothing groundbreaking, but it keeps things moving.

Match 2: Cappuccino Jones & Jack Cartwheel vs. Tyson Dupont & Tyriek Igwe

Cartwheel opens the match with his signature speed and agility, but Igwe and Dupont quickly shift the momentum with their raw power. The match features some solid back-and-forth action, with Wes Lee spotted at ringside rallying behind Igwe and Dupont. Cappuccino and Cartwheel get a chance to shine, building some real momentum and nearly scoring the win with a close near fall. In the end, though, it’s Igwe and Dupont who take it, finishing things off with a devastating "Belly-to-Back Heart Stomper".

Backstage, Stevie Turner is with Jin Tala—better known to LFG fans as Leigh Laurel—as she officially signs her WWE EVOLVE contract. Carlee Bright walks in and lays down the rules: no one is allowed at ringside for tonight’s EVOLVE Women’s Championship match. She also announces that next week it’ll be Jin Tala vs. Carlee Bright, one-on-one. Congrats to Leigh on this big step! Also of note, Natalya is in the building tonight and will present the EVOLVE Women’s Championship to the winner. In the locker room Wes, Igwe, and Dupont chat it up, Wes will be back next week. Now for our main event!

EVOLVE Women's Championship: Kylie Rae vs. Wendy Choo vs. Kendal Grey vs. Kali Armstrong

It’s a big-time title match for the women of EVOLVE, and it’s underway! I’ll admit—I just realized this is an elimination-style bout (shoutout to the commentary team for the clarification). Early on, all three competitors team up to take down Wendy Choo, but she holds her own and briefly fends them off with an impressive solo offensive burst. Still, the numbers game proves too much, and Kylie Rae scores the first elimination by pinning Wendy. We get some fun sequences after that, with Kendal Grey’s amateur background really shining through. She dominates the pace with strong mat work and nearly makes Kali Armstrong submit with a slick armbar. But just when we think it's all over for Kali, Kylie Rae intervenes and steals the pin on Kendal. (Darn). We’re down to the final two: Kylie vs. Kali. They go back and forth in a tight, well-paced stretch filled with crisp counters and near-falls. Kylie dodges a "Kali Konnection" and locks in a crossface, but Kali fights through, regains control, and finally lands the "Kali Konnection" clean to pin Kylie and become the inaugural EVOLVE Women’s Champion. Natalya is there to present the title—but Kali snatches it without a second glance, showing zero respect as we fade to black. This match could’ve used another 5–10 minutes to really breathe, but it delivered where it mattered. Another great night for WWE EVOLVE—don’t miss next week’s Fatal 4-Way for the EVOLVE Men’s Championship!

Summary: WWE EVOLVE MAY 28, 2025

Jackson Drake punched his ticket to next week’s EVOLVE Men’s Championship Fatal 4-Way Elimination Match, using both athleticism and help from “The Vanity Project” to outlast Lince Dorado and Jordan Oasis in a chaotic opener. Meanwhile, Cappuccino Jones and Jack Cartwheel gave a fiery effort in tag action, but the power and chemistry of Tyson Dupont and Tyriek Igwe proved too much, as they sealed the deal with their devastating "Belly to Back Heart Stomper." The night ended with a new champion crowned, as Kali Armstrong survived a gritty EVOLVE Women’s Championship Elimination Match against Kylie Rae, Wendy Choo, and Kendal Grey. From Wendy’s wild early surge to Kendal’s standout mat game and Kylie’s near-victory, the match was a sprint of quality storytelling. In the end, Kali stood tall—and made it clear she’s not here to play nice—snatching the belt from Natalya without a second thought.
Next week, it’s the men’s turn to make history, as Jackson Drake, Edris Enofé, Sean Legacy, and Keanu Carver collide in a Fatal 4-Way Eliminator of their own to crown the first-ever EVOLVE Men’s Champion. Plus, Jin Tala (formerly LFG’s Leigh Laurel) makes her EVOLVE in-ring debut against Carlee Bright. The talent pool is deep, the energy is high, and the race for EVOLVE dominance is officially on. Don’t blink—this ride’s just getting started.
