WWE Elimination Chamber 2024 Results

Kickoff — Women's Tag Team Championship Match: The Kabuki Warriors (c) vs. Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell

RESULT: Asuka and Kairi Sane retained by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: The outcome to this match was a foregone conclusion, but I'm glad Indi got on the card. Still curious why Bronson Reed didn't. Much better than getting no match on the kickoff.

Elimination Chamber Match for the Women's World Championship Shot at WrestleMania: Becky Lynch vs. Bianca Belair vs. Liv Morgan vs. Naomi vs. Raquel Rodriguez vs. Tiffany Stratton

Starting off the match are Naomi and Becky Lynch.
Pod #1 is Tiffany Stratton
Pod #2 is Liv Morgan
Naomi was eliminated by Tiffany Stratton
Pod #3 is Raquel Rodriguez
Pod #4 is Bianca Belair. Everyone is out.
Tiffany Stratton was eliminated by Liv Morgan
Raquel Rodriguez was eliminated by Bianca Belair
Bianca Belair was eliminated by Liv Morgan
Liv Morgan was eliminated by Becky Lynch for the win

RESULT: Becky Lynch won from the #1 spot.
THOUGHTS: Another match we all saw heading in one direction, but I enjoyed it for what it was worth. The ending felt rushed and there were some moments that didn't land as well for me as they were supposed to (like why did Morgan do a completely unnecessary springboard sunset flip powerbomb to Belair?) but whatever. It's 5am. Fans in attendance were happy. Everyone else is either not watching it and will read the results later, or I'm sure they were largely fine with how this went down.

Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship Match: The Judgment Day's Finn Balor and Damian Priest (c) vs. New Catch Republic (Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate)

RESULT: The Judgment Day retained by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: New Catch Republic put up a good fight, but we all knew how this was going to play out.

Grayson Waller Effect with Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins

THOUGHTS: Total waste of time. All they did was have Austin Theory play the heel, cop out on anything with Waller, Rollins says he's cleared to compete in a few days and Cody challenges The Rock to a one-on-one match for sometime in the future where Rollins will be fighting with him in some fashion. That's so lame. They didn't even have the balls to announce the actual match or anything. Stuff like this shouldn't be on pay-per-views.

Elimination Chamber Match for the World Heavyweight Championship Shot at WrestleMania: Bobby Lashley vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Kevin Owens vs. LA Knight vs. vs. Logan Paul vs. Randy Orton

Starting off the match are Drew McIntyre and LA Knight
Pod #1 is Kevin Owens
Pod #2 is Bobby Lashley
Pod #3 is Randy Orton
Pod #4 is Logan Paul
Bobby Lashley is eliminated by Drew McIntyre
LA Knight is eliminated by Drew McIntyre (in large part due to AJ Styles coming in and attacking Knight with a steel chair)
Kevin Owens is eliminated by Randy Orton
Logan Paul is eliminated by Randy Orton
Randy Orton is eliminated by Drew McIntyre for the win.

RESULT: Drew McIntyre won from the #2 spot.
THOUGHTS: This seems to be setting up Logan Paul against Randy Orton, even though Kevin Owens was hyper focused on Paul. Then again, McIntyre is winning a title shot against Rollins, only for Seth to be more focused on being Cody's buddy, so this year's card is all sorts of messed up. I think this match could have been a lot better with some tweaks (and some better lighting that didn't cast shadows all over everyone the whole match)

Women's World Championship Match: Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Nia Jax

RESULT: Rhea Ripley retained by pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Generic match to cap off a rather do-nothing event that looks important on paper, but was ENTIRELY skippable.
