  • 2/2 - It was revealed that Lars Sullivan had been quietly released
  • 2/4 - Steve Cutler was released
  • 2/24 - Big Show left WWE for AEW.
  • 3/7 - Christian left WWE and has joined the AEW roster.
  • 3/12 - Andrade has reportedly requested his release from WWE. It was confirmed on 3/22 after Fastlane that he was let go.
  • 4/15 - Billie Kay, Bo Dallas, Chelsea Green, Kalisto, Mickie James, Mojo Rawley, Peyton Royce, Samoa Joe, Tucker, Wesley Blake (and possibly more) were released
  • 5/19 - Alexander Wolfe, referee Drake Wuertz, referee Jake Clemons, Skyler Storey, Kavita Devi, Jessamyn Duke, Vanessa Borne, Ezra Judge and possibly more were released
  • 5/20 - Velveteen Dream was released
  • 5/25 - Adnan Virk was released
  • 5/27 - Tom Phillips was reported to have been released
  • 6/2 - Braun Strowman, Lana, Ruby Riott, Aleister Black, Santana Garrett, Buddy Murphy and possibly others have been released
  • 6/25 - WWE released Tyler Breeze, Fandango, Ariya Daivari, Tony Nese, Chase Parker, Matt Martel, August Grey, Samir Singh, Sunil Singh, Arturo Ruas, Curt Stallion, Marina Shafir, Killian Dain, Tino Sabbatelli and possibly others to come
  • 7/31 - Bray Wyatt was released
  • 8/2 - JoJo Offerman and Ric Flair were reported today to have been released
  • 8/6 - Ari Sterling, Asher Hale, Bobby Fish, Bronson Reed, Giant Zanjeer, Jake Atlas, Kona Reeves, Leon Ruff, Mercedes Martinez, Stephon Smith, Tyler Rust and Zechariah Smith were released
  • 9/5 - After his contract expired, as well as his extension, Adam Cole chose not to re-sign with WWE and made his debut for AEW at All Out. 
  • 10/26 - Ring announcer Greg Hamilton was released.
  • 11/4 - Scarlett Bordeaux, Franky Monet, Ember Moon, Oney Lorcan, B-Fab, Jessi Kamea, Zayda Ramier, Trey Baxter, Katrina Cortez, Jeet Rama, Gran Metalik, Lince Dorado, Karrion Kross, Nia Jax, Keith Lee, Mia Yim, Harry Smith, and Eva Marie were released.
  • 11/18 - Ashante "Thee" Adonis, Isaiah "Swerve" Scott, Top Dolla, Jaxson Ryker, John Morrison, Drake Maverick, Slapjack, and Tegan Nox were released.
  • 12/5 - Joseph Conners is no longer in NXT UK, reportedly
  • 12/9 - Jeff Hardy was released.
  • 12/10 - Johnny Gargano and Kyle O'Reilly chose not to sign new contracts 
  • 12/29 - Toni Storm was released
