  • MVP kicks off Raw in the ring with The VIP Lounge. He introduces his guest Dolph Ziggler. The Show Off says he will beat Drew McIntyre on Sunday, with MVP asking what the stipulation will be for the WWE Championship match. Ziggler explains he is angry he has not been thanked by McIntyre for becoming WWE Champion, therefore MVP thanks Ziggler on behalf of McIntyre. This brings out McIntyre to the ring, who notes he did Ziggler's dirty work when he operated as his muscle, which means he will hurt and torture Ziggler at Extreme Rules. Unable to wait until Sunday, McIntyre decks Ziggler and leaves him lying prone in the ring.
  • Charly Caruso interviews Andrade, Angel Garza and Zelina Vega. Vega questions why Caruso is ignoring the fact that her team have already beaten The Street Profits and have them running scared. Garza flirts with Caruso as Andrade talks about winning the Raw Tag Team Championship. The Viking Raiders arrive and question the honour of Andrade and Garza.
  • Andrade and Angel Garza defeated The Viking Raiders by pinfall.
  • Ruby Riott is about to be interviewed, however The IIconics arrive and taunt Riott over her recent losses. This brings Bianca Belair out who runs down The IIconics.
  • Ruby Riott and Bianca Belair defeated The IIconics by pinfall.
  • R-Truth causes confusion backstage with Ricochet and Cedric Alexander as he believes he is facing Ric Flair instead of Randy Orton tonight. He then asks Akira Tozawa how to become a black belt in under 5 minutes. This causes a standoff between the ninjas and R-Truth, Ricochet and Alexander.
  • R-Truth and Akira Tozawa are about to contest a match before Shayna Baszler arrives and clears the ring. Baszler explains she is here to issue a dose of reality for everyone on the Raw roster.
  • Murphy worries about the Eye for an Eye stipulation between Seth Rollins and Rey Mysterio. Rollins reassures him everything will be ok, informing Murphy of the fact he has a message to deliver tonight.
  • Seth Rollins is in the ring as he deliberates over the Eye for an Eye stipulation. He questions what it means, before highlighting that he does in fact know what the stipulation means. It is barbaric, and he needs everyone to understand that he never meant to harm Rey Mysterio. Extreme Rules will be a horror show indeed, as Mysterio has forced his hand to tear and gouge at his eye until he is completely blind, and Extreme Rules will be the end of Mysterio. This brings out Kevin Owens to call Rollins a scumbag, taunting him with an eyepatch. Rollins calls on Murphy to take out Owens, but Aleister Black comes out behind Murphy to even the odds as we cut to commercial.
  • Aleister Black defeated Murphy by disqualification.
  • Rey Mysterio and Dominik come down to the ring to support Kevin Owens and Aleister Black.
  • Kevin Owens defeated Seth Rollins by pinfall.
  • Rey Mysterio warns Seth Rollins that on Sunday he will make a sacrifice of his own. Rollins walks in with two eyes, but will exit with one.
  • The Big Show approaches Ric Flair backstage and says they need to talk. Flair praises Show, but warns him of the dangers of being taken out by Randy Orton.
  • A video package for Randy Orton airs detailing how he became The Legend Killer once more.
  • Randy Orton shares he had friends in the industry, however he is no longer able to call Edge, Christian and The Big Show friends. He warns Ric Flair not to jeopardise their friendship, adding it will also be a shame when R-Truth becomes another chapter for The Legend Killer.
  • Randy Orton defeated R-Truth by pinfall.
  • Randy Orton prepare to Punt R-Truth, only for The Big Show to come down to the ring. Orton warns Show against entering the ring. He wasn't going to Punt R-Truth, as that Punt had Show's name on it. Orton offers Show an Unsanctioned match next Monday, which Show agrees to.
  • MVP is sniffing around Ricochet and Cedric Alexander backstage, before noting in an interview how he will become United States Champion at Extreme Rules.
  • Drew McIntyre is interviewed about the lack of clarity regarding a stipulation for his WWE Championship match, only to be attacked by Dolph Ziggler as we cut to commercial.
  • Bobby Lashley defeated Ricochet by submission.
  • Bobby Lashley keeps the Full Nelson locked in before Cedric Alexander attacks him. MVP assists Lashley as he locks in a Full Nelson on Alexander to leave the pair decimated in the ring.
  • Charly Caruso interviews The Big Show who confirms he is accepting Randy Orton's challenge.
  • We get yet another showing of the video tribute to Bayley and Sasha Banks.
  • Bayley and Sasha Banks defeated The Kabuki Warriors by submission to retain the Women's Tag Team Championship.
  • Bayley and Sasha Banks celebrate as we go off the air.
