WWE Title Change: New SmackDown Women's Champion Crowned at TLC 2018

Posted by Anthony Mango Sunday, December 16, 2018
The WWE SmackDown Women's Championship has changed hands as Asuka defeated Becky Lynch to win the title at TLC 2018 on December 16, 2018.

My immediate reaction: This was entirely done to set up a Triple Threat at WrestleMania so that they could have Flair involved and not just Becky Lynch against Ronda Rousey. I knew they wouldn't do Lynch/Rousey. Now, who the hell is going to fight Asuka at WrestleMania and make it worth a damn? You mean to tell me you're honestly going to care about Asuka against Naomi or Carmella or Mandy Rose or something? Come on.

What do you think of Asuka winning the SmackDown Women's Championship?
