For this first match in round 2 of the tournament, The Miz and Asuka defeated Finn Balor and Sasha Banks when The Miz pinned Finn Balor after he was distracted from watching Banks tapping to the Asuka Lock.

In round 3, they will face the winners of next week's round 2 match between the teams of Braun Strowman and Alexa Bliss vs. Jimmy Uso and Naomi.
