Pre-Show has started and its panel consists of Renee Young, Corey Graves, Byron Saxton and surprisingly, Lita. They naturally go over all of the matches and give their analysis of what's about to happen, with nothing special to comment about and no surprise announcements.

To start the show, a bunch of models come out dressed up like skyscrapers, a taxi, and the Statue of Liberty to help with Tyler Breeze's entrance.

Tyler Breeze vs. Jushin Thunder Liger

RESULTS: Jushin Thunder Liger via pinfall after the Liger Bomb.
REACTION: Good match to kick the show off. The crowd was into it (and chanting "Full Sail sucks" lol). Breeze looked good despite losing as it wasn't just a squash to put Liger over.

Kevin Nash, Scott Hall and X-Pac are in the crowd.

A quick vignette is shown for Nia Jax, a new diva (Savelina Fanen).

[NXT Tag Team Championship]: Blake & Murphy (c) vs. The Vaudevillains

Nice outfits for The Vaudevillains. Alexa Bliss (who looks amazing as always) taunts Aiden English and Simon Gotch about having no backup. They're wearing blue and who comes out to help them? Blue Pants! She's super over with the crowd, who are chanting "this is awesome" and "Blue Pants City".

RESULTS: The Vaudevillains via pinfall.
REACTION: Another solid match!

Apollo Crews vs. Tye Dillinger

RESULTS: Apollo Crews via pinfall.
REACTION: Okay....I'm officially really impressed. If Crews is good on the mic and can connect with the audience with the right gimmick, he could be a big name.

Samoa Joe vs. Baron Corbin

LOL at the person in the crowd holding the sign that says "Samoa Joe has an 8% chance."

RESULTS: Samoa Joe via submission.
REACTION: Not as good as the other matches that have taken place so far, but it wasn't bad.

Some other stars are in the crowd tonight, including Ric Flair, Sgt. Slaughter, Kanna, and Team B.A.D. members Tamina Snuka and Naomi.

Out comes Stephanie McMahon.

[NXT Women's Championship]: Sasha Banks (c) vs. Bayley

RESULTS: Bayley via pinfall.
REACTION: Fantastic match and the best one so far tonight!

Charlotte and Becky Lynch come out to celebrate with Bayley. Oddly enough, Sasha Banks hugs her as well, and the Four Horsewomen of NXT all embrace each other in the ring in tears (well, I don't think Charlotte is crying, but the other three definitely are.)

[NXT Championship Ladder Match]: Finn Balor (c) vs. Kevin Owens

RESULTS: Finn Balor via, you know, retrieving the belt, since that's the point of a ladder match.
REACTION: This was good, but it wasn't as good as the match that preceded it.

OVERALL THOUGHTS

As expected, this event was great. The weakest match on the card was still decent and the best match was one of the best women's matches of the entire year and something very memorable. These NXT shows are just awesome and whomever is responsible for booking them needs to be given proper credit and take over the main roster! Hopefully, SummerSlam tomorrow night is just as good, if not better.
