My immediate reaction: WOW. I'm surprised they went with this. I figured Johnny Gargano would interfere, causing a double disqualification, and it would set up a Triple Threat that way. Then, Black would retain the title at TakeOver: Brooklyn, and move on to EC3. However, it seems like EC3 is almost more of a babyface right now, and while the Triple Threat is likely to still happen, the belt being on Ciampa is super shocking to me.
