WWE Title Change: Dolph Ziggler Wins Intercontinental Championship on Monday Night Raw 6/18/2018 | Smark Out Moment
The WWE Intercontinental Championship has changed hands as Dolph Ziggler defeated Seth Rollins to win the title on Monday Night Raw 6/18/2018.

My immediate reaction: To be honest, as much of a fan of Ziggler as I am, I would have rather seen Elias win the title, or a heel Dean Ambrose, than to give it to him. Hell, I'd actually rather see Drew McIntyre as the champion than Ziggler. I'm not sure why they opted to go this route and I'm not sure it's the right decision to make, but we'll see. Hopefully, I'm wrong.
