  • AJ Styles kicks off the show with a promo about how he's excited to go into WrestleMania as the WWE champion to face Shinsuke Nakamura, who comes out to say he respects Styles and that his dream of becoming champion will come true at Mania. Rusev Day interrupts (cut to commercial)
  • AJ Styles defeated Rusev by disqualification
  • Big E tells Dasha Fuentes that he'll hold down the fort and represent The New Day while Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods are recovering, and get revenge on The Bludgeon Brothers. Jimmy Uso approaches them and says since they got his brother, too, he's on Big E's side tonight.
  • Jimmy Uso and Big E jump the gun on their tag team match with The Bludgeon Brothers and try to attack them with steel chairs, but Harper and Rowan use their mallets to even the odds. The match goes off, though, and Harper and Rowan come out on top by pinning Jimmy Uso.
  • Sami Zayn complains that he was guilty by association with Kevin Owens and paid the price at Fastlane, but that's never going to happen again.
  • Charlotte Flair and Asuka talk about how they respect each other and look forward to the challenge the other one is going to give them for WrestleMania.
  • Randy Orton talks about how Bobby Roode earned his respect at Fastlane, but now that he's in an elite club of grand slam champions, nobody is taking the United States title from him. Roode comes out to say their rematch is going to happen at WrestleMania and he'll regain the title. Jinder Mahal interrupts to say he'll beat Roode.
  • Jinder Mahal defeated Bobby Roode by pinfall
  • Kevin Owens complains to Renee Young that this is all Shane McMahon's fault and Sami Zayn is being selfish.
  • Carmella defeated Naomi by pinfall
  • Shane McMahon says effective immediately after tonight's show, he's taking a leave of absence as the commissioner of SmackDown, but his last act will be to make a match at WrestleMania between Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens. Owens comes out to say he agrees with the decision for Shane to leave, but he can beat the hell out of Zayn any time he wants and doesn't have to wait until WrestleMania. Zayn comes out, too, and starts fighting Shane alongside Owens. They beat him down with a Helluva Kick and a pop-up powerbomb. Referees come out to try to stop them, but Owens and Zayn attack the referees, too. They then drag him to the back and continue to attack him there, before EMTs arrive.
