Roman Reigns and Braun Strowman go one on one in a Last Man Standing match, and the build to SummerSlam continues!

MIZTV: The Miz, Maryse, and The Miztourage are starting us off on the set of MizTV. The Miz says he isn't in the mood, and the show won't start until Jason Jordan comes out to the ring. He is tired of being cheapshotted on his own show, and he formally extends the invitation to MizTV to finish what Jordan started last week. Instead, Kurt Angle answers the call and cheers along with the "You suck!" chants. Angle says that his son won't be on his show as he is prepping for his match with Curtis Axel, but Angle has a guest in mind for him. Brock Lesnar along with Paul Heyman! Before Paul can say a word, The Miz yells "When my hand goes up your mouth goes shut!" line. He then says how The Beast is guaranteed to lose at SummerSlam. He blames the fatal four way stipulation on Paul Heyman. The whole time The Miz is talking, Brock and his manager are chatting amongst themselves. The Miz says that Lesnar is walking out ex champion, and thanks to what the two said last week Lesnar will leave WWE. Paul goes through his introduction along with that of his longtime client. Paul asks if Miz and Maryse ever role play, because he's all about that. The Miz is Roman Reigns, Bo Dallas is Samoa Joe, and Axel is Braun Strowman. And thanks to the role playing, Lesnar is going to give us a preview of SummerSlam. Lesnar then runs through the trio with a huge pop from Toronto.

MATCH: Seth Rollins vs. Sheamus (W Cesaro)

RESULTS: Sheamus wins via pinfall after a Cesaro distraction.
THOUGHTS: I don't care to keep seeing Seth and a member of the tag champs go one on one unless its Cesaro and they get main event level time because that's what that match would be. I'm waiting for the tag team announcement for SummerSlam, and that's all I'm wanting.

After the match, Rollins takes on the team of Cesaro & Sheamus. During the beatdown, Cesaro and Sheamus keep looking up the ramp for Ambrose as the crowd chants for him and he never shows up as Seth gets obliterated by the champ duo.

PROMO (Backstage): A beaten Seth Rollins runs into Dean backstage, and he says that he told him not to do that and now he looks like a jerk. Seth agrees, saying he is a jerk and he has been trying to prove he isn't the same guy he was three years ago. Dean says welcome to being alone, and he'll be alone against Cesaro tonight.

PROMO (Backstage): Angle asks the trainer if Axel can go tonight, he says no. So he finds some random guy in the back and tells him he is facing Jason Jordan.

MATCH: Jason Jordan vs. Jean Pierre Gulet (spelling?)

RESULTS: Jason Jordan destroys the other guy.
THOUGHTS: Man, Jordan gets no reaction whatsoever. The jobber got the bigger pop, and some "lets go jobber!" chants. Once Jordan has some bigger performances I hope he gets some backing from the crowd. Toronto, or Bizarro World as it's known in wrestling, was totally against him.

BREAKING NEWS: Bayley is out of SummerSlam due to injury, and will not face Alexa Bliss for the title.

*Commercial Break*

PROMO (In-Ring): Bayley adresses her injury. Charly asks for them to replay the footage, and Bayley didn't once look at the screen. She says she knew right away something was wrong, but knew she must finish the match so that she could prove she deserves her spot. She said the fans helped her get through it, and Charly says that the trip to find her replacement starts now with the first of two triple threat matches. When asked who deserves the shot, she says Sasha Banks. Sasha and her have a good moment in the ring.

*Commercial Break*

MATCH: Sasha Banks vs. Alicia Fox vs. Emma

Alexa Bliss is on commentary.

RESULTS: Sasha Banks wins via submission on Emma.
THOUGHTS: Yeah.. Who else did you think would win here?

PROMO (Backstage): Renee asks why the Last Man Standing match against Roman is so important for Braun Strowman. Braun says, simply, he likes hurting him and his yard is his playground.

*Commercial Break*

PROMO (In-Ring): Enzo is joined by Big Show in the ring. Enzo talks up Big Show, and then Big Show talks about how Cass needs to learn respect. They're then interrupted by Anderson & Gallows. They offer a challenge to the duo.

MATCH: Enzo Amore & Big Show vs. Anderson & Gallows

During the match, Big Cass makes his way to the ring. As Big Show is paying attention to him he gets knocked off ring. Enzo gets pinned for the loss.

RESULTS: Anderson & Gallows win via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: I hate this feud. I loved it at first, but it's died way down for me.

After the match, Big Cass attacks. He eventually eats a KO punch from Big Show.

*Commercial Break*

PROMO (In-Ring): Finn Balor talks about Bray Wyatt. He says he doesn't care about winning and losing, but just hurting people. Whatever Bray wants to start, Finn will finish. Bray then shows up in the middle of the ring, and the brawl begins. As soon as Finn was setting up for his dropkick in the corner, Bray disappears. He shows up on the big screen, and does his "Run!" thing.

*Commercial Break*

MATCH: Dean Ambrose vs. Cesaro (w Sheamus)

RESULTS: Dean Ambrose wins via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Far and away the best match so far. Another distraction, this time by Sheamus and a couple at that, come into play but it backfires this time. They gave these guys a ton of time, and it paid off.

After the match, the tag champs attack. Seth Rollins comes down to aid his former Shield brother. After Seth fends off the champs, the two stand in the ring together for a moment to a huge pop from the Canada crowd. To an absolutely monster pop, Dean extends his fist, and to the surprise of many Seth walks away.

VIDEO PACKAGE: They replay Akira Tozawa winning a title shot at SummerSlam.

PROMO (Backstage): The Titus Brand is celebrating Akira's title shot. That being Akira, Titus, and Apollo. Then Neville comes in, and he says he is scouting his competition IF Akira ends up being that competition. He destroyed Daivari's championship dreams, so now tonight he is going up against a man that has nothing to lose.

*Commercial Break*

MATCH: Akira Tozawa (w Titus O'Niel) vs. Ariya Daivari

RESULTS: Akira Tozawa wins via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Yeah I just don't care about this.

PROMO (Backstage): Renee Young talks to Roman Reigns about Brock Lesnar, and he says that he doesn't watch MizTV and he doesn't care about Brock Lesnar. She then asks about the Last Man Standing match tonight, and he says that tonight won't be anything different from SummerSlam. He will be the last man standing.

*Commercial Break*

MATCH: Mickie James vs. Nia Jax vs. Dana Brooke

The winner will face Sasha Banks next week to see who goes to SummerSlam.

RESULTS: Nia Jax wins via pinfall on Dana Brooke.
THOUGHTS: Snooze fest.

*Commercial Break*

PROMO (Backstage): Big Cass goes to Angle and says that he wants a match against Big Show at SummerSlam. Big Cass says he doesn't want Enzo around, and it boils down to that Enzo will be suspended above the ring in a shark cage.

LAST MAN STANDING MATCH: Braun Strowman vs. Roman Reigns

Thanks to Samoa Joe locking in the Coquina Clutch, Strowman gets the win.

RESULTS: Braun Strowman wins.
THOUGHTS: It wasn't "if" as much as "when" in the case of someone getting involved. No way this match goes through completely clean of interference, and I'm okay with that. This was fantastic. From Braun throwing office furniture to Roman hitting a flying spear this was fantastic. They made up for an awful main event last week.
