So does Becky. Tamina doesn't, though. Natalya suggests Charlotte fighting Becky. Charlotte says she won't do that because it won't be a competitive match.
INTERVIEW: Chad Gable weighs in on the revelation that Jason Jordan is Kurt Angle's son.
MATCH: Mike Kanellis defeated Sami Zayn by pinfall
PROMO: John Cena heads to the ring, saying the match people will remember from Battleground will be the flag match. He gives a whole speech about how Americans never give up and he's ready to take on Rusev. Cena poses with the flag and Rusev attacks him.
BACKSTAGE: AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura talk in the locker room. Nakamura eyes the United States Championship and says "one day, you call, I answer."
MATCH: Becky Lynch defeated Charlotte Flair by submission. After the match, Natalya, Tamina and Lana attack both Becky and Charlotte, but Natalya ends up eating a boot from Tamina at the end of the segment, too.
INTERVIEW: Renee Young speaks to Naomi about the previous segment and the Battleground No. 1 contender's match. Naomi says she wants every match to be her biggest challenge. Carmella interrupts to remind everyone she has the Money in the Bank contract.
THE FASHION FILES: A new edition of The Fashion Files (in the style of The X-Files) airs. Aiden English warming up makes them think he's a ghost. A delivery man gives them a package and inside is their horse's head with a message that says "Battleground."
