A few weeks from Hell in a Cell, so the build continues! Prepare yourselves for more Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho, and the continued dissolution of what once was a great partnership between Seth Rollins and The Authority.

PROMO (In-Ring): The new Raw Women's Champion, Sasha Banks, starts the show for us tonight. Sasha says she's always dreamed of this moment, and how she watched her hero Eddie Guerrero lie, cheat, and steal. She watched Trish & Lita tear it up in the main event, and she couldn't help but think "I want to be like that.". Last week, that's exactly what she was as she beat Charlotte in the main event. She then brings up the rematch against Charlotte at Hell in a Cell, but she proposes that they make history and make it a hell in the cell match. Charlotte makes her way to the ring, but then is quickly interrupted by Rusev and Lana. Rusev and Lana join Sasha and Charlotte in the ring. Rusev says that no one cares about the stupid women's revolution, or that they main evented Raw last week. He is the main event where ever he goes, and Charlotte grabs the mic saying no one disrespects the queen. She then looks at Sasha and says that she is all for the Women's Championship match inside hell in a cell. Rusev says thats great, but he has more ot say. Sasha grabs the mic and throws it on the ground. Lana says the two women are lost and need to know their place. They want to be seen as women, but whine like girls. Sasha and Charlotte then attack the two and knock them out of the ring. Rusev quickly gets back in the ring, but then the United States Champion, Roman Reigns, comes down to confront his Hell in a Cell opponent. Rusev and Lana leave quickly.

MATCH: The New Day vs. Cesaro & Sheamus

During the match, Sheamus sits on the steel steps and gets on Facebook live on his phone.

RESULTS: The New Day wins via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: I'm extremely nervous that for some reason they're going to give the tag titles to Cesaro & Sheamus for some reason. I truly hope not as I really love New Day as champs still.

After the match, Cesaro and Sheamus argue and Sheamus walks away.

VIDEO PACKAGE: They replay Goldberg's "Off The Top Rope" segment from ESPN where he remarks on a possible WWE return, and how he'd like to have a rematch with Brock Lesnar. Paul Heyman will respond to Goldberg later tonight.

MATCH: Bayley vs. Cammy Fields (spelling?)

RESULTS: Bayley wins via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: How does Bayley go from Women Championship matches to squash matches?

After the match, Dana Brooke attacks Bayley on the stage.

*Commercial Break*

MATCH: Drew Gulak & Tony Nese vs. Lince Dorado & Sin Cara

RESULTS: Lince Dorado & Sin Cara win via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Sin Cara has joined the Cruiserweight Division. Which makes sense. Even though he isn't nearly as exciting as the others.

PROMO (Backstage): Mick and Stephanie are backstage. Stephanie asks if she can join Mick with his Hell in a Cell address coming up next.

*Commercial Break*

PROMO (In-Ring): Mick Foley & Stephanie McMahon are having their Hell in a Cell Address! Stephanie says that Hell in a Cell is going to blow No Mercy away, and then introduces Mick Foley. Mick says that we have one hell in a cell match already with Roman and Rusev, and now Sasha wants her match inside the cell. Mick says that the women deserve to make history at Hell in a Cell. For the first time ever we will have a women's match inside the cell! There's two. Seth Rollins will get his WWE Universal Championship rematch against Kevin Owens will also be inside the hell in a cell! That brings out the champ, Kevin Owens, and his best friend, Chris Jericho. Both seemingly disgusted at the news. KO says that he doesn't want to be in a hell in a cell match, because he wants a nice long career and not become a washed up GM of Raw like Mick. Y2J isn't happy that Rollins got the rematch that he requested, so he requests a private jet with "Team Kevin & Chris" written on the side. This is all stemming from the hatred that Mick Foley has for him. For putting KO in that match, Mick has made The List of Jericho. He then asks Stephanie to take care of this guy, and Stephanie declines and says he needs to show him some respect. She also granted Seth's request that he wants revenge on Rollins. Now, if Jericho beats Rollins, he will be put into the WWE Universal Championship match inside hell in a cell! Mick makes it official, and that match will be our main event!

PROMO (Backstage): Charly asks Seth about what he just heard with Chris possibly being added to match at Hell in a Cell. He says that he is going to crush that plan when he beats Jericho, and then all her plans become obsolete when he beats KO for the Universal Championship.

MATCH: Bo Dallas & Curtis Axel vs. Enzo & Cass

Before the match can start, Anderson & Gallows beat Enzo & Cass to a pulp.

RESULTS: No match.
THOUGHTS: Enzo & Cass need the belts sooner than later. I still can't believe they didn't win the NXT belts. But I like the new seriousness The Club has been showing.

*Commercial Break*

PROMO (In-Ring): Curtis Axel wants his tag team match like promised so he can prove he believes in Bo. So he wants two more people. Out comes Sami Zayn, and his partner is Neville.

MATCH: Bo Dallas & Curtis Axel vs. Sami Zayn & Neville

RESULTS: Sami Zayn & Neville win via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Sami should be holding a singles title soon, and I wouldn't mind seeing Neville take on some of the guys in the Cruiserweight Division.

PROMO (Backstage): Lana and Charlotte are backstage. Lana knows she thinks she is the queen, but she had no right to put her hands on her. They may be partners tonight, but she better stay out of her husbands way or there will be consequences.

*Commercial Break*

MATCH: R-Truth (w Goldust) vs. Titus O'Neil

RESULTS: R-Truth wins via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Yawn. Vince must still hate Titus.

PROMO (Backstage): TJ Perkins and Brian Kendrick are backstage. Perkins says that he knows who the real Brian Kendrick is. He is afraid that if he loses here, he won't have another chance here. He doesn't need the cheap shots or the ugly tricks. It isn't too late for him to be the guy he really is. The Brian Kendrick. They shake hands, and then Kendrick tries to attack him. Perkins is ready and hits a nice punch to the face, and then mutters "I guess I was wrong." and walks away.

*Commercial Break*

MATCH: Braun Stroman vs. Steven Splash & Clay Splash

RESULTS: Braun Stroman wins via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: The Splash Brothers.. That's pretty funny. Braun asked for more competition last week, and this probably isn't what he meant. Still crazy impressive.

PROMO (In-Ring): Braun isn't happy that this is the "real competition" Foley has given. He says he wants real competition next week or what happens will be on Foley's hands.

PROMO (Backstage): Sasha and Roman are talking backstage. He says that he's happy she's making history but hell in a cell is anything but fun. She says that she knows what she is getting into, but he needs to handle Rusev tonight and she'll take care of Charlotte.

*Commercial Break*

MATCH: Roman Reigns & Sasha Banks vs. Rusev (w Lana) & Charlotte

RESULTS: Roman Reigns & Sasha Banks win via submission.
THOUGHTS: I've never been a huge fan of mixed tag matches so I was "meh" on this from the start. But it ended up better than I thought it would be.

PROMO (Backstage): Tom Philips asks KO and Y2J about the possibility of the triple threat match at Hell in a Cell. KO says it doesn't matter if its a singles match or triple threat match because he will remain the Universal Champ. He then asks why he left Chris last week as Seth attacks him. He said that they've already talked about it, and Chris understands that someone has to take a bullet for the team and for the greater good. He then adds Tom to the list because he refuses to leave.

*Commercial Break*

PROMO (In-Ring): Paul Heyman is ready to address the comments made about Brock Lesnar by Goldberg on Off The Top Rope last week. They show a WWE 2k17 video of Lesnar and Goldberg in a match, and Heyman goes through the "What if..?" scenarios regarding Goldberg. He also notes the shocking similarities in the career paths for Goldberg and "The Beast" Brock Lesnar. He then announces that Lesnar is challenging Goldberg to a fight. Anywhere, any place, and anytime. Brock Lesnar vs. Goldberg.

*Commercial Break*

MATCH: TJ Perkins vs. Ariya Daivari

Brian Kendrick is on commentary.

RESULTS: TJ Perkins wins via submission.
THOUGHTS: These cruiserweights are super impressive every time they're in the ring. I've yet to be disappointed. Granted, these matches are nothing like the CWC, but they're still good.

PROMO (Backstage): Stephanie stops Chris backstage, and she wishes him luck and that she'll be rooting for him. He then admits he got a little angry at her, and then nearly wrote her name on the list but stopped because he didn't know how to spell it. She says that she wants to see the triple threat at Hell in a Cell blow away the triple threat from No Mercy. She says that once he is in the cell, and if he and KO are as good of friends as they say they are, he'll know what to do. KO comes up and asks what the conversation was about, and he tell him it was about friendship.

VIDEO PACKAGE: In recognition of Hispanic Heritage month, they honor WWE legend Tito Santana.

*Commercial Break*

BREAKING NEWS: Bill Goldberg tweets that he will respond to Paul Heyman and Brock Lesnar's challenge next week live on Raw.

MATCH: Seth Rollins vs. Chris Jericho

If Chris Jericho wins, he will be added to the main event at Hell in the Cell inside the cell against Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins for the Universal Championship.

During the match, Kevin Owens comes down to ringside to distract Seth Rollins.

RESULTS: Seth Rollins wins via pinfall.
THOUGHTS: Incredible match, but I really wanted to see Y2J in that match He deserves to be in the main event spotlight as he has carried Raw alongside Owens since the brand split.

After the match, KO & Jericho attack Rollins. Rollins counters and hits a Pedigree on Jericho while staring down Owens.
