Latest WWE Inbox Episode Questions and Answers Smark Out Moment
Do you have a question that you want to ask the minds over at Smark Out Moment? Our version of the WWE Inbox is the Smark Out Moment Mailbag. Once a month, we set aside some time to answer any of the questions on your mind, whether they be wrestling related, trivia to try to stump us, or just general questions to get to know Tony Mango and the other members of the team better.

Here are your submissions for this month:

Sent in from Silent Wind of Doom

Question: "Watching Raw now. Enzo referred to Jericho and Owens as "JeriKO". That's got a nice ring to it. Besides the obviously superior FaBreeze, what other pairings (existing or imagined by you) could you come up with cool names for?"

Answer: "Perfect 10" for Curtis Axel and Tye Dillinger. "Axel Rose" for Curtis Axel and Mandy Rose. Dolph Ziggler and Finn Balor totally make "Dolphin". It's a bit of a stretch but Bo Dallas and Braun Strowman = "Strong Bowman". There's a lot of name mixes that work but I wouldn't consider to be cool, such as Big Cassaro (Cesaro/Cass), Rawkins (Rawley/Hawkins), Gargano Way Jose or Rhyno Way Jose. I feel like Apollo Crews and Ember Moon should be a couple so we can make Apollo 13 moon landing jokes. If Aliyah were to shack up with The Revival, she could be AliYEAAAAH. Kane and Gable.

Question: "Do you think that Vince will be reluctant in giving Finn another push after he recovers from his injury or do you think that Vince will label him injury prone and leave him in the mid card? Also do you think that anyone else will get the type of push Finn got or will wwe be reluctant do to the fear of injuries "

Answer: I'm expecting Finn to come back with a huge push, possibly as the challenger to the Universal Championship at WrestleMania if he's able to heal in enough time. They put too much in him coming onto Raw and being the first champion for them to lose faith that much after his first injury, but if it's a regular thing, then I could definitely see them holding back on pushing him like they've done in the past with Wade Barrett and others.

Question: "How are you today?"

Answer: I'm answering this on August 23rd, and I can pretty much guarantee my answer will still be the same when we're doing this if I say I'm tired, overworked, stressed out, a little hungry and so used to that being the formula that I'd normally just say "meh, you?" That was kind of a depressing answer, but it's true lol.

Question: "Do I need speak pipe any more for your guys content?"

Answer: I was never a fan of that service, so I know I have no plans to ever incorporate it. As far as I know, Paden probably doesn't, either, so feel free to nix it from your computer.

Question: "Can you update us on the copyright strikes from fox? How did drew's kidnappers court go?"

Answer: I'm always vigilant to take down these copyright strikes, and thankfully, I win almost all of those battles, including these ones. Take that, FOX. Jerks.

Question: "What do you think of the brand split commentary and shows? Which show is the one to watch? Where should money in the bank be a duel brand ppv or somewhere (mania) ?"

Answer: David Otunga is horrible and ruins SmackDown's commentary any time he talks, which is a shame. Right now, I think Raw is still the better show to watch overall, but it's not by a big margin. Both are struggling quite a bit. Money in the Bank needs to include both brands as far as I'm concerned, rather than being moved to a different event or something. Whether they do 2 matches for separate briefcases or they do one where the winner can go for either brand, I think it should still be the only event that month.

Question: "Can I just listen to smack talk instead of talking smack I mean the show the best parts on YouTube anyway right? Anyway I'm sure smack talk is better "

Answer: Damn right!

Question: "Is russev the greatest heel of all time because he got fans to cheer for Roman Regins that one week?"

Answer: If you ask Dane, Rusev is the greatest babyface of all time, rather.

Question: "What qualifies you guys to be journalist? Did you go to school or are you just journalists because you have a podcast? I think the best qualification is the podcast screw the middle man"

Answer: None of us are on par with the journalists that have degrees and more field experience and such, but I would say I'm definitely the most qualified of the bunch due to my resume. This is sort of one of those deals where I lack the formal education (even though I have a degree, but it's in a different field) yet I dove right into it by working with WrestleZone and now that I have Bleacher Report, eWrestlingNews and other credits to my name, I've kind of forced my way into being able to call myself a journalist. Now, a "respected journalist" would be a total lie, haha.

Question: "When it's all said and done with you guys will your kids become the new cast of smack talk or Tony's birds?"

Answer: I think those crickets that popped up before will come back and take over. The show will be rebranded Smack Chirp.

Question: "What do you think of the gen 1 alola forms?"

Answer: I love the idea behind it, but I also have some reservations. It kind of bugs me that we have Mega Evolutions and Alolan Forms and such but we don't have proper evolutions or baby pre-evolutions. To me, every Pokemon line should either be a solitary legendary or a trio, so something like Tauros or Farfetch'd being on their own annoy me, as does Diglett and Dugtrio without having a Digduo between. As far as the Alola Forms go, Sandshrew/Sandslash is kind of cool, Vulpix/Ninetails doesn't make much sense to me but it makes me wish the originals were Fire/Fairy type, Exeggutor is fucking boss and I love it, Meowth makes a lot of sense, Marowak being Ghost/Fire is weird and I'm not sure I understand why that's the case, and Raichu is totally not what I would have expected, as I thought it would be Electric/Fairy, but it's a neat idea. Thumbs up, overall, at least so far. I'm not digging the lack of gym leaders, though.

Question: "Have you heard of sporcal.com? Would you ever do a main event where you do one of their quizzes? Also thought for main event finisher vs finisher top rope elbows Shawn Michael vs cm punk vs macho man vs Zack Ryder vs anyone else you can think of I figured I'd just throw that in here in case I forget to mention it"

Answer: Actually, I was thinking about recording me taking some Sporcal quiz videos separately for the channel at some point down the line. An elbow drop edition of Finisher vs Finisher would be a great discussion (minus how everyone would just go "Randy Savage, next?").

Question: "What happen to the final deletion smark announce table I could have sworn you said you that was coming our or did I imagine that?"

Answer: I put it out there that if we had a bunch of likes on the video, I would do it, but we didn't reach the number that I had suggested (I can't remember if it was 20 or 50, but we ended up with something like 5 - not even close).

Question: "Can we just write in Dwayne Johnston for president in this election he's probably a better choice?"

Answer: He's got my vote if that were the case, especially if Mick Foley was his VP. Rock 'n' Sock Connection in the White House FTW.

Question: "When the brand split happened did you want to watch superstars and main event?"

Answer: Nope, not at all. I have zero faith that those shows will ever be worth watching.

Question: "Have you tried or want to try booty o cereal?"

Answer: I'd try them, but I don't want to spend that much money to get them and I don't have an f.y.e. around me that I'm aware of.

Question: "Tony do you still think the brand split was a bad idea?"

Answer: Definitely. Even more than before, perhaps, after looking at the titles they've created.

Question: "Do you think Seth Rollins is being looked as a guy who injuries people?"

Answer: He should be, whether or not he is or isn't. At the very least, he needs to be told that he can never do that powerbomb again, cause something's messed up with how he's doing it.

Question: "Is Sasha banks injury prone?"

Answer: She probably was just working injured for too long and it built up over time, but if she comes back and gets injured again, I think they need to figure out a strategy to get around that with her.
