WWE Title Change: Rusev Wins United States Championship at Extreme Rules 2016 | Smark Out Moment
The United States Championship has changed hands as Rusev defeated Kalisto to win the title at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view on May 22, 2016.

My immediate reaction: Although I would prefer a lot of other people to have the belt than Rusev, this is a step in the right direction. WWE did jack shit with Kalisto as the champion and a change was necessary. Rusev looks dominant and that's how a champion should be.

What do you think of Rusev winning the United States Championship?
